At Accessory Export, we ship most of our cell phone accessories via First Class USPS or Priority USPS (depending on the weight of the order). Once we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive an email containing your USPS Delivery Confirmation number. Please note that USPS delivery confirmation is for delivery confirmation purposes only and often does not provide tracking capabilities. If you have questions regarding the delivery status of your order, we do suggest contacting the USPS first. If your delivery confirmation shows that it was delivered and you have not seen it with your normal USPS mail, we do suggest checking with other members of your household or business who may have checked the mail box, or checking with neighbors who sometimes your USPS delivery person may have left it with. The delivery status of your order can be checked by visiting www.USPS.com.

When returning or exchanging an item, please be sure to include that packing slip that came with your order along with a simple note explaining the reason for your return. If you would like to exchange your item for another item seen on our site, please be sure to include either the item title and/or part number which can be found on the item page. We do charge a small $2.95 restocking fee for all returned items. This fee is per order, not per item. All orders over $50 will be charged a 15% Restocking fee. International shipping chargers are non-refundable. To avoid paying the $2.95 processing fee, please consider exchanging the unwanted merchandise.

Restocking Fee: An Additional 15 to 30% restocking fee may apply for items returned in used, opened, or incomplete condition. Accessory Export, LLC reserves the right to be the sole determiner of whether a product has been used or is imcomplete.
